Sweeter Song Farm is a certified organic Community Supported Agriculture (CSA)farm located in the heart of beautiful Leelanau County. We have over 100 shareholders and we encourage on-farm pickup, although we do provide a Traverse City delivery option.  We especially enjoy the on-farm pickup, as we feel it encourages our shareholders to be part of our "growing" enterprise. Our 80 acre farm is comprised of 55 acres of protected wetlands, 4 ponds, 15 acres of grass cultivation and 10 acres of vegetable and fruit production. We grow a large variety of vegetables as well as strawberries, melons, pears and grapes. Annual and perennial herbs are also plentiful and members are encouraged to pick as needed. In addition, shareholders have the option to purchase other products including Sweeter Song eggs, honey and flowers, Higher Grounds Coffee, and products from neighboring farms such as shiitake mushrooms, pasture-raised beef, maple syrup,and more. 

Our 115 member CSA is full for the 2008 season, but we do have a waiting list for 2009 and would be happy to take your name and email address.  We notify waiting list families early in the signup process and would be happy to give you this opportunity.  Feel free to call or email us with questions or inquiries or to place your name on our waiting list.
