What do we grow on our farm?

Vegetables:

                   Early Season:  Sugar snap peas, snow peas, radishes, lettuce, bok choy

                                         scallions, bunching onions, garlic scape, mixed greens,

                                         white turnips, spinach

              

                    Mid Season:   Beets, broccoli, potatoes, carrots, beans, onions, zucchini,

                                        lettuce, mixed greens, eggplant, Swiss chard, cucumbers,

                                        tomatoes, peppers

 

                 Late Season:   Cabbage, potatoes, carrots, garlic, onions, winter squash,

                                       lettuce, kale,tomatoes, peppers, leeks

Fruit:      

                 Early Season:    Rhubarb, strawberries

                 Mid Season:      Cherries, apricots, nectarines, peaches, Asian pears,

                                         raspberries

                 Late Season:    Plums, cantaloupe, watermelons, apples

Herbs:    

               Chives, parsley, thyme, tarragon, basil, cilantro, fennel bulbs, sage, rosemary,

              dill
