Beyond The Bin

Do you want to freeze some fruit for the winter months?  Or need extra produce when you are expecting guests this summer?  Or maybe you just need an extra quart of cherries...

During the harvest season we often have an abundance of different items and make these available to Peak Season shareholders at a reasonable price.  A newsletter is sent to everyone on Sunday evening and it includes the produce line up for the coming week. It also includes a list of items that can be requested and added to the shareholder's weekly bin. We call these items: Beyond The Bin.

 The B.T.B.'s (Beyond The Bin) are on a first come first serve basis and requests need to be made to me by using the online order form.  I run a tab for those purchasing B.T.B.'s during the season and will collect at the end of the season. Shareholders trust me by paying for their share at the beginning of the season and I trust shareholders to pay me at the end of the season for their Beyond The Bin items.
