Our organic asparagus usually comes in May and early June.  We take the beautiful green spears and pickle them in jars with garlic, vinegar and spices, and with jalepeno in the "spicy" jars.  There are 16 oz jars and 32 oz jars.  We sell them by the case wholesale or by the jar on the farm and at farm markets.
