Spring CSA Week 7: Chives Rosemary Sage Thyme Ramps (wild leeks) lettuce chard radishes onions potatoes TABLE TALK I love soup. Perhaps it is my favorite dish. Maybe that is because I love good crusty bread which begs to be soaked in almost any form of broth. I decided to include two soup recipes this week that use bread (in the form of croutons) and herbs that we have in abundance right now. One recipe uses the tops and peelings from vegetables, particularly radishes, as the main ingredient so you'll want to save all your scraps for when you attempt this easy, no frills soup.
